
Glass Coffee - "Lot data: Geisha • 1,850 m.a.s.l. • Koji fermentation • Lot GPA-69013 • Harvested 29 January 2025 This Geisha from Auromar Estate in Panama was processed by TNT Coffee Lab and stands out for its fragrant sweetness, sake-like aromatics, and distinctive rose character. We selected it for its clarity, aromatic lift, and unusual but well-defined profile. Processed within a day of harvest, the cherries were fermented with Koji for three days in a dedicated Koji Muro, then dried for eight days in a temperature and humidity-controlled room."
