Goose and Badger - "As a little departure from our stalwart De Caña Decaf as we await a new shipment we've gone to a recent favourite this month from Luz Helena Salazar's Farm, La Leona. There's a little caramelised white chocolate sweetness, alongside some classic darker berry notes in each delightful cup. Luz Helena happens to be the mother of the founders of one of our importer partners, Cofinet, so this Decaf comes with some serious coffee-growing heritage. Each cherry is handpicked by the team on the farm before undergoing 30 hours of underwater fermentation, pulping, washing and drying."
