Quite often, these are produced using poor-quality coffee that isn't traceable to farms or cooperatives. We work hard to source our decaf coffee from producers dedicated to sustainable farming methods. This is then decaffeinated using the chemical free Swiss Water method. This coffee is grown and harvested by a small hold producers in Ethiopia who deliver to the the Chelbesa washing station for processing."
