Podda & Wren - "Here we go again, we're rolling out the red carpet for our fourth iteration of Pinnacle!  We've switched up the origin this time after a blind cupping between options for sticking to Peruvian, or twisting to a new origin, and we've twisted - bringing forth a Costa Rican from the world famous Aquiares farm, specifically from producer Diego Robelo. This couldn't be a better match-up in our opinion; having roasted speciality coffee from Aquiares back in 2023, the quality control at this farm is exceptional to levels that not many can rival, amongst initiatives of being a Carbon Neutral farm and also holding Rainforest Alliance certification."
