Expect bright citrus up front, followed by soft apricot sweetness and a gentle rooibos, tea-like finish. Produced in partnership with Karst Organics, this coffee comes from a collective of over 140 households. Karst works closely with farmers throughout the harvest, supporting everything from picking and processing to infrastructure and training, helping to improve quality and ensure fair, consistent payment."
