Herbert and Ward - "A firm favourite.As Chile does not currently grow coffee they import thier beans from many South American countries. They have become very discerning about their choice of coffee and this coffee is extremely well served in cafes in Chile itself. Replicated by Herbert and Ward. Not to be compared with chili ..this coffee is not spicy but warm,mellow and just beautiful to taste. Quite unique. Citrus fruits, chocolate and medium acidity. Medium roast .  Works in Filter,cafetiere and all machines. Very flexible   Strength 3/5 Acidity 3/5 Flavour 8/10 Body 9/10 Aroma 8/10  ."
