Lots of darker sugars, tea like florals, , and a crisp malic acidity. Clean, sweet and moreish- this is definitely your go-to, everyday drinker. 173 smallholders contribute to the lot, including lead farmer Thomas Kurubone. After harvest, cherries are sold to Migoti Coffee, who process it at their washing station in Migoti Hill."
