
Wood st Coffee - "As the seasons change, so too does our blend. For V3 we've sourced a washed Peru to blend with our house Brazil. Our cleanest blend yet, there's a delicious blackberry acidity balanced with lots of dark chocolate. Add in some plum fruitiness and sweet almonds, and you've got yourself an elevated everyday driver. As we continue exploring the world of blends, we aim to produce something greater than the sum of its parts. With this iteration, the Peru brings balanced acidity, and the Brazil adds good body and chocolate-y depth."
