We're tasting cherry fruitiness and an almond-y, biscuit-y vibe reminding us of amaretti. The smallholder producers that contribute to the blend harvest coffee during the middle of the season, and process it on their farms. They use hand-pulping machines, fermentation tanks, and patios or raised beds for drying."
