We recently cupped a fun table from Bethany at Cofinet and this one really stood out. A bit of a spontaneous (!) decision, we've only got 20kg of this immaculately processed coffee from Diofanor Ruiz and his farm La Divisa. Part of the fun is a surprising mint note we've never really tasted in a coffee before. It combines with a very sweet, milky body, reminding us of those nostalgic mint humbug sweets."
